Just a note to say that BMX makes it's Olympic debut at 2am (our time) on 20th August'08. Coverage is on BBC1 starting at about 1.50am and I'll be up to watch it as my video recorder is broken!! (even though I have to go to work tomorrow).

Coverage continues over the next two days (check TV listings for further times).

I would just like to take this opportunity to wish Shanaze Read and Liam Phillips all the best on behalf of Spalding Cycling Club.

Also, the BMX British Championships are being held this weekend 23rd-24th August'08 at the BMX track in Peterborough and I'll be in attendance
