Its that time of year again when the nights are darker and the roads are becoming hazardous.

So i want to offer everbody the chance to maintain and develope their fitness by meeting up once a week to attend turbo training sessions run by myself.

For all those who may not be familier with the concept of indoor training you will require a turbo trainer which you can buy from all good bike shops or online and i'm sure Derek and his team at the shop could best provide to suit your needs.
Now comes the technical bit. To get maximum benifit from these sessions a heart rate moniter is ideal as the sessions develope fitness by working in zones calculated of your maximum heart rate. This has the benefit of allowing yourself to train within your limits but enables you to succeed a successful workout even if you are riding next to Adam. So its not an exclusive form of training for highly toned atheletes but suits all levels alike.

Initially the sessions will start this Thursday 5th Nov from 7.30 until 8.30 and i will be running them from home at 1a st Andrews road Spalding where i have 6 places open, so i would appreciate definate bookings.

So far these sessions are free, but if there is a lot of interest i will organise a venue which may incure a small fee.
Spalding club members constantly work towards ideas to help and develope all levels and abilities of riders within the club so why not come and give it a go you may enjoy it Cool
