Two Spalding Cycling Club members went over to Wells next to the Sea for the North Norfolk Youth Triathlon.

Matt Ellis aged 7 came first in the aged 8 group, Matt Completed the 50m swim, 800m bike and 600m run in a time of 8mins 10 seconds.

Sam Bentely aged 11 finished in the top half of his age group taking 7th in the 11 and 12 years age group, Sam's race had a far larger field and with a 600m swim, 5km bike and 1800m run it really sorted out the competitors on the hilly bike and run legs.
