My god Glynn, I didn't realise you were going that fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!   
You should do it more often, you might even break 20 minutes with a bit more training.

not sure the time is still correct, James and I calculated it as 34.38 on the night.

Hi Glyn having used all fingers and toes, added up and taken away, your new time is 34.38. Sorry for the mix up, will try harder this week. Sharon.
